I promised some time ago that I would be having a giveaway but have never had the time to arrange the prize!!!!
We currently have our house up for sale and have put an offer in for another so it is chaotic in the Applique Originals household at the moment! The biggest hurdle we have had to overcome is trying to keep the house tidy and free of clutter just in case potential buyers decide to arrive with minimum notice!!!
Anyway - back to the giveaway................
The pictures below includes the prizes for this giveaway - a super brand new crochet book and a 'dolly' brooch!. However, I am sure I will find another couple of items to include before the closing date which will be Sunday, 13th June!
To enter the draw, please just leave a comment at the bottom of this post - couldn't be easier!

Oh that doll brooch is just super cute. Love it. Good luck with the house stuff.
Gorgeous brooch - another brooch to admire from afar! The crochet book looks good!
I absolutely love your creative talent and colors.
Would love to participate in your giveaway.
Your dolly broach would love living with me and the two of us will love making granny square after granny square.
Hugs & ♥♥♥s,
Gerry
I absolutely adore this brooch!!! Will dollies be available in your Etsy shop as well by any chance?
My Granddaughter would adore that dolly brooch...how cute is it and how very classy are those Granny Squares in the book....
Gorgeous brooch!
The book looks really interesting - I am trying to teach myself to crochet (slowly!)
Good luck with the house move (I hate the trying to keep the house tidy when it is up for sale - puts a serious dint in crafting!)
I'd love a chance to win. That book looks very interesting.
What a cute brooch! I would love to finally conquer granny squares!
Hi
Never entered a giveaway before so here goes! I really enjoy your blog and have even had the courage to try a few being fairly new to pretty sewing having always been a practical crafter previously.
Hope the move goes well we have moved 10 times and having finally got the craft room I have been promised for so longI have set my husband's feet in concrete to stop them itching!
Thank you for sharing your ideas.
Best wishes
Pat
I love the brooch!
The book looks really interesting (especially if you're learning to crochet like me!!)
Good luck with the house move - we've lived here for 23 years so I've kinda forgotten how stressful it all is!

Love the way you've taken the photo of your little girl on the book.
Love your brooch and I haven't seen the book before it looks really good.
Love your blog, you are so creative. What did we do before blogs?
I am in awe of your sewing. I can't really say anything else except I wish I had you eye for colour and your neatness with the stitching. This sounds soooo goody goody, trying to be teachers pet but even if I don't win, keep blogging, I need to learn more :)
Found you on flickr randomnly, following since then. All your work is amazing, great composition of colours and shapes, every new item you create is simply beautiness:) Maria
Lovely prizes, please can I enter your giveaway. Although strictly speaking I don't really need another crochet book but on the other hand you can't have too much of a good thing! My daughter would love the dolly brooch.
Your work is truly an inspiration and a joy to look at. Good luck with house comings and goings. Thank you for offering this giveaway.
Just discovered your blog via sites we love melly and me. Loving your creativity x

Thanks
Gosh - lovely giveaway. Good luck with your house moving - it's always such an intense time! Hope all goes well and your offer is accepted and your house sells quickly.

Hi, I've been a follower of yours since last summer. I love your applique designs and your writing style is comfortable and familiar. I feel your "house issues" as we are currently packing up our house and moving after 11 years. We both have some "I can still use that for something" tendencies, as do 2 of our kids, so there is a lot of weeding out to do, as we go along. After we get settled in our new house, also with a craft/project room that I've always wanted (as well as a clay studio), my daughter and I will be sewing and crocheting, when I'm not throwing on the wheel. I'd love to teach her how to make granny squares; my mother taught me, but I don't remember very well. Sharon
Oooooh, that book looks great, why have I not seen that in my local craft shop?!
I have been reading you blog on and off for a while now but I have never commented before. Youll notice that I am easily persuaded when there are goodies to be won!
